Doctors’ health advisory services in each state and territory are manned by doctors who volunteer their time as a help and resource.

This website is designed for doctors and medical students, and for the families and colleagues of doctors in Australia and New Zealand. The site provides you with contact phone numbers for help and support in time of need.

Doctors' health services operate 24/7 but are not designed for medical emergencies, in which case you should contact 000, Lifeline or other relevant support.

If you are a doctor or student, this site also provides you with resources for promoting the work of the doctors' health advisory service in your state or territory, for helping your colleagues and for your own self-care, which is an essential prerequisite for competent medical practice.

Dr Jill Gordon, Vice President DHAS NSW, Chair ADHN

(The ADHN acknowledges the funding for doctors' health services in each state and territory by the Medical Board of Australia)

The host state for the 2019 conference will be announced soon.
